贾××,女,30岁,1977年11月10日因左头顶部逐渐肿胀伴头痛3个月入院。体检一般状况良好,浅表淋巴结不肿大。右头顶部有一6×6cm~2半球形肿物,质硬、无压痛,边界尚清楚,内侧缘跨越矢状线,局部皮肤无红肿热痛,无血管杂音。颈、胸廓无异常,心肺正常。肝脾未触及,腹部、脊柱、四肢均正常。神经系统检查:两眼底视神经乳头明显水肿,伴有大量渗出液及出血,余颅神经正常,无局灶定位性体征。

Nervous system examination: the bottom of the optic nerve at the end of apparent edema, accompanied by a large number of exudate and bleeding, more than normal cranial nerves, no focal localization signs.
