近年来,审计队伍年轻化的脚步不断加快,青年审计干部逐渐成为推动审计事业科学发展的主力军,其健康成长事关审计事业科学持续发展的大局。而人生观对人的思想和行为发挥着深层次的导向作用,选择、凝练科学的审计核心人生观、价值观,并在青年审计干部中加以引导教育,是当前审计事业发展所面临的一项重大战略性课题,急需以科学的方法研究推进。刘家义审计长在全国审计工作会议上阐述了“责任、忠诚、清廉、依法、独立、奉献”的审计人员核心价值观,对广大审计人加强思想道德素养、提升人格魅力提出了较高的要求。因此,笔者认为作为新一代青年审计干部,必须提倡和树立全心全意为人民服务、一心一意为经济社会服务的人生观。
In recent years, the pace of rejuvenation of the audit team has been accelerating. The young auditor cadres have gradually become the main force in promoting the scientific development of the audit work. Their sound growth is related to the overall scientific development of the audit work. The concept of outlook on life plays a deep guiding role in people’s thinking and behavior. Choosing and practicing the core auditing values and values of auditing science and guiding education among young auditors is an important issue facing the current development of auditing Strategic issues, urgent need to promote scientific research methods. Auditor-General Liu Jiayi elaborated the auditor’s core values of “responsibility, loyalty, integrity, law, independence and dedication” at the national audit work conference and put forward higher requirements for auditors to strengthen their ideological and ethical accomplishments and enhance their charisma . Therefore, I believe that as a new generation of young audit cadres, we must advocate and establish a life outlook that serves the people wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serves the economy and society.
