我院自1986年1月至1991年2月共收治7例先天性无阴道患者,均以乙状结肠代阴道手术,现加以总结如下。一、临床资料:7例患者均在20岁以下,因原发性闭经首诊2例,已婚性生活困难首诊5例,均无周期性腹痛,第二性征发育良好,妇检相当于阴道部位有1～2 cm 深凹陷,均未扪及子宫,染色体巢均为46XX。剖腹探查后发现4例附件正常,3例卵巢发育差,无输卵管,子宫均呈条索状结缔组织。二、手术情况。
