新亚纸业集团经过近6个月的设备改造和科技研发,成功开发出淋膜原纸,并于近日试产成功,正式投产。该产品采用木浆为生产原料,挺度高,韧性好,白度佳,降解性能好,不含荧光增白剂,不含对人体有害的化学物质,完全符合国家卫生及国际食品卫生标准。主要用于淋膜、冷热饮杯、冰淇淋杯、一次性纸杯、快餐盘、餐盒等中高档食品外包装。淋膜原纸投产后,制造工艺的日趋完善,也将为新亚集团40万t·a-1食品卡纸的生产奠定基础。在快节奏的现代化生活中,国内外对方便、快捷、环保的食品包装需求量很大,新亚集团的淋膜原纸定位为中高档产品,大批量生产后,将主要销往云、桂、川、台湾、浙江等各大省市及韩国、印尼等东南亚国家。

The product uses wood pulp as raw material for production, high stiffness, good toughness, good whiteness, good degradation performance, no fluorescent whitening agent, no harmful chemical substances to human body, in full compliance with the national health and international food hygiene standards. Mainly used in Lin Mo, hot and cold drink cups, ice cream cups, disposable cups, fast food plates, lunch boxes and other high-end food packaging. After the lamination base paper is put into production, the manufacturing process is getting more and more perfect, which will also lay the foundation for the production of the 400,000 t · a-1 food cardboard of Xinya Group. In fast-paced modern life, domestic and international demand for convenient, fast and environmentally-friendly food packaging is high. New Asia Group’s Laminates base paper is positioned as high-end products. After mass production, it will be mainly sold to clouds, Sichuan, Taiwan, Zhejiang and other major provinces and cities such as South Korea, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.
