采用中华人民共和国林业行业标准LY/T 1083-2008栲胶原料分析试验方法,对从广西各油茶(Camellia oleifera)主产地采集的26个不同品种或无性系的油茶壳的总抽出物、单宁含量和总颜色值进行测定,并对其用作栲胶原料的可行性进行分析。结果表明,油茶壳的平均总抽出物为26.5%、单宁含量为9.6%、总颜色值为25.8。认为选取单宁含量大于10%的品种或无性系的油茶壳用作栲胶原料,并在生产过程中增加部分提纯工艺,可生产出单宁含量达60%以上的栲胶产品。
Twenty-six varieties or clones of Camellia oleifera from Camellia oleifera collected from the main producing areas of Camellia oleifera in Camellia oleifera were collected using the LY / T 1083-2008 forestry industry standard of the People’s Republic of China. Content and total color value were measured, and the feasibility of using it as a raw material of gum was analyzed. The results showed that the average total extract of camellia hull was 26.5%, the tannin content was 9.6% and the total color value was 25.8. It is considered that the selection of tannin content of more than 10% of the clonal or clonal Camellia as a raw material, and in the production process to increase the part of the purification process, can produce Tannin content of more than 60% of tannin products.
