就当前的现状来看,我国区域经济在发展过程中逐渐呈现出空间聚集现象,例如,东部地区集中偏高,而西部地区集中偏低等,由此诱发了劳动力流动问题。因而在此基础上,为了带动当前城市化进程的进一步建设,要求我国政府部门在管理工作实施过程中,应针对劳动力流动问题展开研究行为,并全面掌控到劳动力流动与区域经济增长间的空间联动效应,由此来打造良好的社会发展环境。本文从劳动力流动现状分析入手,旨在推动当前经济领域的进一步发展。
Judging from the current status quo, the regional economy in our country gradually shows a phenomenon of spatial aggregation during the development. For example, the concentrated in the east and the low concentration in the west can induce the labor mobility. Therefore, on this basis, in order to promote the further construction of the current urbanization process, it is required that our government departments should conduct research on the issue of labor mobility in the process of management, and take full control of the spatial linkage between labor mobility and regional economic growth Effect, thus to create a good social development environment. This article starts with the analysis of the current situation of labor mobility and aims to promote the further development of the current economic field.
