目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)及去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(OC)对卵巢子宫异位内膜中促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)表达的影响。方法根据患者术前药物治疗方式,将卵巢子宫内膜异位患者分为GnRH-a组(30例)和OC组(26例),术前未用药患者为对照组(26例)。采用免疫组化Envision两步法检测Ang-2在三组异位内膜组织中的表达。结果 Ang-2蛋白主要表达于异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的细胞质中。对照组Ang-2的阳性表达率(84.62%,22/26)明显高于GnRH-a组(33.33%,10/30)(P<0.05)。GnRH-a组Ang-2的表达(33.33%,10/30)明显低于OC组(69.23%,18/26)(P<0.05)。结论 Ang-2可能在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中起一定的作用。GnRH-a对卵巢异位内膜Ang-2表达的抑制高于去氧孕烯炔雌醇片。
Objective To investigate the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) and desogestrel ethinyl estradiol (OC) on the expression of angiopoietin-2 in ovarian uterine ectopic endometrium. Methods According to the preoperative drug therapy, patients with ovarian endometriosis were divided into GnRH-a group (n = 30) and OC group (n = 26). Patients without preoperative medication were selected as control group (n = 26). Immunohistochemistry Envision two-step method was used to detect the expression of Ang-2 in three groups of ectopic endometrium. Results Ang-2 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of ectopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells. The positive expression rate of Ang-2 in control group (84.62%, 22/26) was significantly higher than that in GnRH-a group (33.33%, 10/30) (P <0.05). Ang-2 expression (33.33%, 10/30) in GnRH-a group was significantly lower than that in OC group (69.23%, 18/26) (P <0.05). Conclusion Ang-2 may play a role in the development of endometriosis. The inhibitory effect of GnRH-a on the expression of Ang-2 in ovary ectopic endometrium was higher than that of ethidium decitabine.
