1986年在一个工厂对红细胞膜Na~+泵缺陷与原发性高血压的关系进行了103对配比调查。采用了条件logistic回归分析方法。研究结果提示RBC Na~+的增高,RBCK~+及RBC Na~+,K~+ATPase的降低与高血压有显著的联系;血浆Na~+与体重这两个高血压的主要危险因素均与RBCNa~+K~+ATPase降低有关。提出细胞膜的Na~+泵功能缺陷可能是这两个因素对高血压的共同作用环节。
In a factory in 1986 in the erythrocyte membrane Na ~ + pump defect and essential hypertension were 103 pairs of ratio of investigation. Using conditional logistic regression analysis. The results suggest that RBC Na ~ + increased, RBCK ~ + and RBC Na ~ +, K ~ + ATPase decreased significantly associated with hypertension; plasma Na ~ + body weight of these two major risk factors are associated with hypertension RBCNa ~ + K ~ + ATPase reduction related. Proposed cell membrane Na ~ + pump function defects may be the two factors on the common part of hypertension.
