目的在平衡(牙合)及非平衡(牙合)状态下,对上颌总义齿沿基托中线应变分布进行比较研究.方法采用有限元法依次对有无正中(牙合)干扰的上总义齿基托模型进行计算分析;采用口内动态电阻应变法,分别在平衡(牙合)及非平衡(牙合)状态下测量基托中线各点应变值.结果无论有无正中(牙合)干扰,基托最大应变值均在前部,非平衡(牙合)时应变值明显大于平衡(牙合)时.结论非平衡(牙合)时更易产生基托正中裂,对伴有(牙合)不平衡的正中裂义齿,修理后除要调(牙合)外,还应着重检查基托组织面的密贴性.
