目的:测定百力牌防霉防蛀复合喷剂的急性毒性,对其安全性作出评价。方法:一次性灌胃给药、静式染毒柜染毒和直接涂(滴)药液。结果:小鼠急性经口毒性LD_(50)=4641.6mg/kg,95％可信限3480.2～6191.4mg/kg。急性吸入LC_(50)>10000mg/m~3。家兔皮肤刺激积分值为零,48h后的眼刺激平均指数为零。结论:本品属低毒级产品,对皮肤和眼无刺激作用,使用安全。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the acute toxicity of Baili brand mildew-proof compound spray and evaluate its safety. Methods: One-time intragastric administration, intravenous drug exposure and direct coating (drops) liquid. Results: The acute oral toxicity of mice LD_ (50) = 4641.6mg / kg, 95% confidence limits 3480.2 ~ 6191.4mg / kg. Acute inhalation LC 50 (50)> 10000mg / m 3. Rabbit skin irritation integral value of zero, after 48h eye irritation average index is zero. Conclusion: This product is a low-toxic products, no irritation to the skin and eyes, the use of safety.
