本文用对照研究评价健康妇女使用IUD第一年中缺铁和贫血的危险。研究对象为59例月经规律、饮食正常的健康志愿者。40例置入现代含铜IUD(Nova T 14例,Multiload Cu375 13例,Fincoid 13例);19例同期就诊的妇女(使用膈膜避孕或已绝育)作为对照。研究前至少6个月未用口服避孕药、IUD或补铁疗法。研究期间不使用铁剂、抗纤溶剂或前列腺素抑制剂。IUD组年龄为21~40岁(平均29.6岁);对照组20~40岁(平均29.8岁)。未产妇比例分别为5%和30%。上午8~10时空腹取血标本。第一次血标本IUD组在月经后IUD置入前、对照组在月经后采取;第2、3次分别在6和12个月后、周期的
This article uses a controlled study to evaluate the risk of iron and anemia in healthy women in the first year of use of IUD. The object of study was 59 healthy volunteers with regular menstruation and normal diet. Forty cases were treated with modern copper-containing IUDs (Nova T 14 cases, Multiload Cu375 13 cases and Fincoid 13 cases) and 19 women (using diaphragm contraception or sterilization) as controls. Oral contraceptives, IUD or iron supplementation were not used for at least 6 months prior to the study. Iron, anti-fibrinolytic or prostaglandin inhibitors were not used during the study. The IUD group was 21 to 40 years old (mean, 29.6 years), while the control group, 20 to 40 years (mean, 29.8 years).
