辅导员是高职院校生涯辅导工作的关键人物,但其现实工作存在诸多困境:辅导员缺乏生涯辅导方面的专业知识和技能;辅导员职业角色多元,很难进行科学的角色转换;学生对生涯辅导不重视,主动进行生涯规划的意识较为薄弱;学生生涯辅导群体性和个体需求性存在冲突。解决高职院校学生生涯辅导工作困境有两条途径:提升辅导员的生涯辅导专业能力,拓宽生涯辅导的辐射力度。
Counselors are the key figures in career counseling in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many difficulties in their practical work: the counselors lack professional knowledge and skills in career counseling; counselors have many professional roles and are difficult to change their roles in science; Career counseling does not pay attention, take the initiative to carry out career planning is weak awareness; student career counseling groups and individual needs conflict. There are two ways to solve the dilemma of student career counseling in higher vocational colleges: to enhance the career counseling professional ability of counselors and to broaden the radiation intensity of career counseling.
