1、前言 压铸模的制造工艺对压铸模的使用寿命有很大的影响,而压铸模的热处理工艺则是影响其使用寿命的重要因素。因此,对于热处理工艺中每个环节必须认真对待,才能保证压铸模有较高的使用寿命。 氮碳共渗(即软氮化)工艺具有能够提高工件的耐磨性、疲劳程度、抗咬合性、耐腐蚀性和微变形等特点,能够较好地满足压铸模的使用性能的要求而被广泛地应用在压铸模热处理工艺中。
