高职的毕业综合实践是高职院校有效推进工学结合、培养应用型人才的重要形式。但是,当前的毕业综合实践却存在着毕业实践与教学过程相割裂、毕业设计流于形式,学生职业道德缺乏等问题。因此,我们将毕业综合实践融入教学全过程,同时重视班导师在顶岗实习中的作用,从而提高毕业综合实践环节的教学质量。
The comprehensive practice of higher vocational graduation is an important form for vocational colleges to effectively promote the combination of work and study and to cultivate applied talents. However, the current graduation practice has the problems of the graduation practice and the teaching process, the gradual design flow in the form and the lack of students’ professional ethics. Therefore, we integrate the graduation comprehensive practice into the whole process of teaching, at the same time we value the role of the class supervisor in the internship, so as to improve the teaching quality of graduation comprehensive practice.
