根据沈阳市委农村工作会议和市政府林业工作会议精神,沈阳市将沿外环高速公路营造绿化带。为了搞好这项工作,市林业局组织了一行8人的赴津考察小组。在津期间,首先听取了天津市农委和农林局3位处长,关于天津市外环绿化带规划建设情况的介绍,并与有关同志进行了座谈,还围绕环城林带进行了现场踏察。现将考察情况及我市建设外环绿化带的初步建议报告如下。 1 天津市外环绿化带考察情况
