本文从理论上对光纤传感器测量表面粗糙度时的多种测量误差进行了分析,建立了一种对输出光通量的计算分析方法。在此基础上研制了一种性能较佳的准直型光纤传感器,为深孔测量和“在线测量”表面粗糙度提供了一种新型的光纤传感器。
In this paper, a variety of measurement errors in the measurement of surface roughness of optical fiber sensors are theoretically analyzed, and a calculation and analysis method of output luminous flux is established. On this basis, a better performance of the collimating optical fiber sensor is developed, which provides a new type of optical fiber sensor for deep hole measurement and “on-line measurement” of surface roughness.
