The sympathetic T-wave is a new concept emerging in the field of electrocardiography in recent years. [Definition] As its name implies, this refers to the corresponding T-wave changes accompanied by the body in the state of higher excitement of sympathetic nerves. The earliest reports of T wave abnormalities in patients with cerebrovascular disease, characterized by high T wave, were reported by Byer in 1947 as a neurogenic T wave. Subsequently, different scholars have put forward a variety of appellations successively to describe such cardiac or extracardiac Incidence of cardiac repolarization abnormal ECG performance, which can be manifested as T wave inversion, QT interval prolongation, ST segment changes and T-wave tip: such as wellen’s T wave, cardiac memory T wave, canyon-like (canyo)
