探索解决群众“看病贵、看病难”这一社会热点问题,提出在住院基本医疗保险“保大病、保住院”基础上,把医疗保障进一步由住院延伸至门诊。进一步完善社会医疗保险制度,提高城乡居民医疗保障水平。
Exploring and resolving the hot issues in the society such as “getting expensive medical care and seeing a doctor hard”, we propose to extend medical insurance further from outpatient service to outpatient service on the basis of basic medical insurance for inpatients, “guaranteeing serious illness and keeping the hospital”. Further improve the social medical insurance system to improve the level of medical insurance for urban and rural residents.
