目的筛选诱导降香檀结香的活性真菌。方法野外条件下,将25株真菌固体菌种分别接种于正常生长的6~7年生降香檀树干上,通过物理表观性状和化学质量初步分析真菌诱导降香檀形成的降香材料,采用分光光度法测定诱导形成降香材料中总黄酮的含量,采用热浸法测定降香醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果筛选到6株可诱导降香檀形成降香的活性真菌。结论本实验结果具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
Objective To screen the active fungi that induced the pilose anthers. Methods Under field conditions, 25 strains of fungus were inoculated into the normal growth 6 - 7 - year - old C. officinale. The physical properties and chemical quality were used to analyze the hypnotic materials induced by fungi. The content of total flavonoids induced by the formation of desalination material was determined by spectrophotometry. The content of desmear soluble extract was determined by hot-dip method. Results Six strains of active fungi that could induce the descent of fragrant sandalwood were formed. Conclusion The experimental results have important theoretical significance and practical value.
