汽轮机末级叶片的冲刷,一直是影响电站安全运行的难题之一。目前生产厂家只对新机组末级叶片进行硬质合金和其他方法的保护处理,而对于运行时间较长的旧机组的末及叶片,却没有一个可靠的修复保护措施。此文针对此问题,详细阐述了采用氩弧焊工艺进行补焊及试验的一些方法。由于措施得当,完成了665mm末级叶片的修复工作,并经13000多h的运行考验,情况良好,为今后修复焊接提供了比较可靠的工艺方法。
Scouring of the last turbine blades has been one of the problems that affect the safe operation of power plants. At present, the manufacturer only protects the cemented carbide and other methods at the last blade of the new unit, but does not have a reliable repair and protection measure for the last blade and the blade of the old unit that runs for a long time. In this paper, for this issue, a detailed description of the use of argon arc welding welding process and test some of the methods. Due to the proper measures, the repair of 665mm final blade was completed and the operation was over 13000h. The test was in good condition and provided a reliable technical method for the future repair welding.
