IMO held its 25th meeting of the Standards Committee on Training and Watchkeeping at its headquarters from January 17 to January 21, 1994. Representative J.H.A.Gauw of the Netherlands and Major C. N. Sarcarpin of Argentina represented Chairman and Vice-Chair respectively. Ministry of Transport delegation to attend the meeting. A total of 43 Member States and two associated members, as well as representatives or observers from 19 intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations respectively, attended the meeting.
