对雨水情遥测处理系统在郑州市防汛测报中的应用进行了分析,结果表明:该系统取代了50多年来的人工信息采集和手工报汛,大大提高了防汛信息采集传递的时效性、准确性、决策性;遥测系统在工作中运行稳定、节省了大量的人力、物力和财力;实现了雨水情信息的自动化、规范化和现代化;统一校时功能,提高了雨水情信息测报的时效性,为今后领导掌握郑州市防汛抗旱信息提供技术支撑。主要通过遥测信息监视系统,对郑州市发生降雨的地区进行实时监视。
