针对制氢装置脱硫系统循环液中悬浮硫含量高、脱硫效果差、制约制氢量的问题 ,采用戈尔薄膜液体过滤器过滤脱硫溶液。实践证明 ,采用该过滤器后 ,循环液中悬浮硫含量由 5g/L降至 1g/L ,裂脱塔脱硫效率由96%提高至 99.5%以上 ,变脱塔出口气中H2 S含量由 60mg/m3下降至 1 0mg/m3以下 ,装置的制氢量由设计能力的 1 0 50 0m3/h提高至 1 40 0 0m3/h ,经济效益十分显著。
Aiming at the problem of high suspended sulfur content, poor desulfurization efficiency and hydrogen restriction in the circulating fluid of hydrogen desulfurization system, Gore membrane liquid filter was used to filter the desulfurization solution.
