采用双极膜法从葡萄糖酸钠料液制备葡萄糖酸,可在节能减排、生产成本、产品质量等方面改善现有的葡萄糖酸生产工艺。试验以产品纯度和成本为评价标准,用BPM2-200型装有15组0.3m2有效膜面积的装置,采用2隔室组合、隔板厚度为0.70mm、国产双极膜+进口阳膜、电流密度为500A·m-2恒流的条件下,获得较好结果:葡萄糖酸钠的转化率为98.5%以上、电流效率达88%以上、质量分数为30%的料液制酸能耗为143kWh·t-1、制酸生产成本为240元·t-1,远低于传统工艺的420元·t-1,并且随着膜面积的增大,生产成本还可以进一步下降。
