通过对35个不同耐肥性玉米品种和品系幼苗的 NR 活力的测定,验证了作物品种耐肥性与 NR 活力间负相关关系。活体与离体测定结果的一致性为 NR 活力作为生化育种的指标之一,为作物育种工作中的应用提供了简便易行的条件。
Through the determination of NR activity of 35 different fertility-tolerant maize varieties and lines seedlings, the negative correlation between the resistance of crop varieties and NR activity was verified. The in vivo and in vitro determination of the consistency of the results as NR activity as one of the indicators of biochemical breeding, crop breeding applications provide a simple and easy conditions.
