过去十年,中国服装产业经历了调整、积累、淘汰和发力的产业演进过程。2012年,在党的十八大召开之际,如果要回顾十年来中国服装行业的发展,时间上的起点应该是2002年,但事实上,要真正理解这十年来中国服装行业经历高速发展期的原因,起点应该向前推,从2001年末,中国正式加入WTO算起。
