六六六的杀虫效果早已肯定,其最有效的成分是丙种异构体,对虫害具有胃毒、触杀、熏蒸综合作用。在五种加工成品中,本省常用为含丙体6％可湿性的,苏联介绍,用六六六杀灭粪坑内蝇蛆,每一平方米粪表面撒布纯品为100克。由于爱国卫生运动的深入开展,近年来,全省有不少城市和农村在粪便管理工作中,采取了一些行之有效的措施。其中,在鲜粪收集过程中,喷撒杀虫药物,就是他们经常用来防蝇灭蛆的一种办法。
