经国务院批准,重新修订后的《中华人民共和国统计法实施细则》于今年6月15日由国家统计局正式发布实施.修订的内容主要涉及统计的概念和范围、国家统计信息工程建设、统计资料的报送、提供和公布、重要统计数据的监控和评估、统计执法检查、提高统计人员素质、统计法律责任和涉外社会调查活动的管理等几个方面.修订的主要内容如下:一、第二条修改为两款:“《统计法》所指的统计,是指运用各种统计方法对国民经济和社会发展情况进行统计调查、统计分析,提供统计资料和统计咨询意见,实行统计监督等活动的总称.国民经济和社会发展的统计项目分类,由国家统计局规定.调整.”
