教师是高校资源中最具创造力和能动性的资源,是决定高校办学水平、办学质量和办学层次最为关键的要素。在全国上下积极创建开放大学的关键时刻,电大的师资队伍建设也是其中一项不可忽视的重要工作和研究课题。本文以吉林广播电视大学辽源分校师资队伍基本情况为研究对象,总结得失,探讨合理的师资队伍结构模式,为创建吉林开放大学辽源开放学院奠定基础。
Teachers are the most creative and motivated resources in university resources, and they are the most crucial elements that determine the level of running a school, the quality of running a school and the level of running a school. At the crucial moment of actively establishing an open university across the country, the construction of TVET faculty members is also one of the important work and research topics that can not be ignored. This article takes the basic situation of teachers in Liaoyuan University of Jilin Radio and Television University as the research object, summarizes the gains and losses, explores the reasonable model of teacher structure and lays the foundation for the establishment of the Liaoyuan Open Academy of Jilin Open University.
