高盛证券宣布,将于今年10月在日本开设针对一般投资人的股票夜间交易市场,交易时间自下午5时至深夜,可透过网络券商下单买卖。英国股市再度刷新年度收盘高点纪录,金融时报指数收盘报6798.1点。法国股市CAC-40指数收报6922.33点,为今年第12次创收盘新高。德国股市DAX指数终盘报7445.56点。伦敦市场每桶原油的价格升至32.8美元,达到了10年来的最高纪录,这是自1990年海湾战争以来油价的最高价位。纳斯达克综合指数跌破关键的4000点心理支撑线,跌119.94点,以3979.25点收盘。道琼斯工业平均指数以11221.76点收盘。花旗集团近日将斥资311亿元收购美国最大的上市财务公司。这是花旗集团继1998年与旅行者公司合并之后数额最大的一项并购计划。高盛近日将达成收购做市商SLK的协议。此宗交易将使高盛成为纽约证券交易所内最大的股票交易商。这宗交易涉及金额60亿-90亿美元。
Goldman Sachs announced it will open a stock night trading market for general investors in Japan in October this year, trading hours from 5 pm to late at night, through online brokerage orders. British stock market once again set an annual record high closing record, the Financial Times Index closed at 6798.1 points. French stock market CAC-40 index closed at 6922.33 points, the 12th this year, a record high. German stock market DAX index closed at 7445.56 points. The price of a barrel of oil in London rose to 32.8 U.S. dollars, the highest level in 10 years, the highest oil price since the Gulf War in 1990. The Nasdaq composite index fell below the key 4000 psychological support line, down 119.94 points to close at 3979.25 points. The Dow Jones industrial average closed at 11,221.76 points. Citigroup will spend 31.1 billion acquisition of the largest listed financial company in the United States recently. This is Citigroup’s largest merger with Travelers since 1998, a merger plan. Goldman Sachs recently reached an agreement to acquire market maker SLK. The deal will make Goldman Sachs the largest stockbroker in the New York Stock Exchange. The deal involves an amount of 6 billion-9 billion U.S. dollars.
