新疆克拉玛依炼油厂采用稠油丙脱工艺生产的重交通道路沥青的质量稳定，在规模上达到年产１５万吨的生产能力。尽管克拉玛依稠油沥青具有密度小、沥青质含量少的特点，但其所具有的温度稳定性已达到和超过进口沥青的指标。
The quality of heavy traffic asphalt produced by Karamay Refinery in Xinjiang using heavy oil propane removal process is stable and reaches an annual output of 150,000 tons of production capacity. Despite its low density and low asphaltene content, Karamay heavy oil bitumen has reached and exceeded the temperature stability of imported bitumen.
