应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和间接血凝法(IHA)对653例肺炎患儿及200例健康婴幼儿进行下呼吸道分泌物MPDNA及血清抗MP-IgM检测。结果表明:MPDNA阳性107例,阳性率16.4%;抗MP-IgM阳性123例,阳性率18.8%;两者同时阳性23例,占阳性病例的10%。MP阳性病例数共207例,占肺炎病例数的31.7%。本实验结果提示应用PCR技术对小儿MP肺炎的早期诊断具有特异、快速、敏感的特点,IHA法检测抗MP-IgM是病程消长患儿MP肺炎的诊断依据。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and indirect hemagglutination (IHA) were performed on 653 children with pneumonia and 200 healthy infants for detection of lower respiratory tract secretions and serum anti-MP-IgM. The results showed that the positive rate of MPDNA in 107 cases was 16.4%. The positive rate of anti-MP-IgM in 123 cases was 18.8%. The positive rate of MPDNA in 23 cases was 10% of the positive cases. A total of 207 cases of MP-positive cases, accounting for 31.7% of the number of cases of pneumonia. The results suggest that the application of PCR technology for early diagnosis of pneumonia in children with MP has a specific, rapid and sensitive features, IHA method to detect anti-MP-IgM is the diagnosis of MP pneumonia in children with reduced disease duration.
