股东质询权是行使股东知情权的重要途径,我国《公司法》有必要对此做出规定,本文对各国的股东质询权立法进行考察,论证了建立股东质询权的必要性、并从防止滥用的角度探讨了股东质询权的行使。
The shareholder’s right of inquiry is an important way to exercise shareholder’s right to know. It is necessary for our Company Law to stipulate this.
