采用盆栽试验的方法,对正常水分条件下和干旱胁迫下,施硼对大豆植株保护酶(SOD、APX、CAT)活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:同正常水分条件相比,干旱胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性降低,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性较高;正常水分条件下和干旱胁迫条件下,施硼处理均能提高大豆叶片保护系统中酶(SOD、APX、CAT)的活性,提高大豆的抗旱性。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of boron on the activity of protective enzymes (SOD, APX, CAT) in soybean plants under normal water conditions and under drought stress. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) was lower and the activity of catalase (CAT) was higher under drought stress than that under normal water condition. The normal moisture condition Under the condition of drought stress, application of boron could increase the activity of enzymes (SOD, APX, CAT) in soybean leaf protection system and increase the drought resistance of soybean.
