科技是推动经济增长的强大动力,经济发展又给科技进步以强有力的支撑。促进区域科技与经济均衡、协调发展,是落实科学发展观,建设全面小康社会和和谐社会的必然要求。文章采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对我国内地31个省(市、区)及三大区域间科技、经济的非均衡发展状况及变动趋势进行了多指标测度分析,对区域内科技进步与经济发展的不协调性及互动机制作了实证分析,总结出我国区域间科技、经济非均衡发展状况的持续扩大趋势,区域内科技与经济发展的局部不协调性及其“四种类型”关系,并从科学发展观视角提出了促进我国区域间和区域内科技与经济均衡、协调发展的对策建议。
Science and technology are powerful engines of economic growth. Economic development gives strong support to scientific and technological progress. Promoting a balanced and coordinated development of science and technology and economy in the region is an inevitable requirement for implementing the scientific concept of development and building an overall well-to-do society and a harmonious society. This article uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct multi-index measurement analysis on the unbalanced development of science and technology and economy in 31 provinces (cities, districts) and three major regions of the Mainland in China. The uncoordinated nature of economic development and the interactive mechanism made an empirical analysis, summed up the continuous expansion of China’s regional science and technology, the unbalanced economic development trend, the regional science and technology and economic development of the local uncoordinated and its “four types of ”And put forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the balanced and coordinated development of science, technology and economy in different regions and regions from the perspective of scientific development.
