非公有制企业的快速发展为党的基层组织建设提供了新的契机,也带来了新的挑战。如何提高非公企业党建工作的科学化水平已成为一个亟待深入研究和解决的课题,笔者通过实地调查,对威海市高区非公企业党建工作的现状、影响非公企业党建科学化水平的因素以及提升非公有制企业党建工作科学化水平等问题进行了分析。
