据了解,有的演员没得到剧院组织上的同意,就跑到外头拍电影或电视剧。有的剧院的领导忽然发现某些演员不知去向,待报上刊登出影视拍摄消息后,才发现自己剧院的演员私自外出拍电视剧去了。对这种不告而别的事,剧院似乎无可奈何。这是很典型的事件,也不是个别剧院独有的情况,有的还发生在已有一定艺术成就的知名演员身上。戏剧界屡屡出现这种无组织无纪律的现象,这就不能不引起重视。
It is understood that some actors did not get the consent of the theater organization, went outside filming movies or TV series. Some theater leaders suddenly found that some of the actors do not know where to go, to be reported on the film after the filming news, only to find their own theater actors went out to go out to the TV series. The theater seems helpless to this nonsense. This is a typical event, nor is it the case of an individual theater, but some of the famous actors who already have some artistic accomplishments. This phenomenon of unorganized and undisciplined appearances in the theater industry often requires attention.
