在我国党史界,长期以来,有出席中共“三大”的代表是30名、30多名、近40名(实际上是30多名的另一种说法)、40名和“三大”的开幕日期是1923年6月12日的说法。笔者通过如下的考证,认为出席“三大”的代表是40名,开幕日期是1923年6月10日。一、已有关于出席“三大”代表人数的主要考证成果(一)出席“三大”的代表是30名的代表性文章1.《中国共产党第三次代表大会代表名单》(以下简称《“三大”代表名单》)如是说。该名单说:出席“三大”的代表“到三十人,有代表权二十七个”①。并列了一个22人的名单,他们是:“陈独秀、蔡
