进入新世纪,我国高职院校市场营销专业培养模式改革获得长足发展,在高技能营销人才培养方面起到了关键作用。但是,日益万变的新形势对高职市场营销专业培养模式提出了严峻挑战,使其面临一些不足,如市场营销专业定位不科学、市场营销专业课程不合理、市场营造专业实训基地建设相对落后、市场营销专业与企业之间的合作乏力等。因此,必须建立以市场需求为核心的培养目标,深化市场营销专业课程体系改革,加快市场营销专业实训基地建设,着力搭建校企合作新平台,促进高职教育迈上新台阶。
In the new century, the reform of the marketing professional training mode in our higher vocational colleges has made great progress and played a key role in the training of highly skilled marketing professionals. However, the ever-changing new situation poses a severe challenge to the professional training mode of higher vocational education, which causes it to face some shortcomings such as unscientific positioning of marketing major, unreasonable marketing professional courses, relative lack of market construction of professional training base Backwardness, lack of cooperation between marketing professionals and enterprises, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to set up training objectives with market demand as the core, deepen the reform of marketing professional course system, speed up the construction of marketing practice base, focus on building a new platform for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote higher vocational education to a new level.
