威信是一种力量,一种很大的震慑力,做干部的要有威信,作为学校重要的德育工作者班主任更应该具有威信,否则就难以令学生信服。本文主要论述了职业技术学校——技工学校班主任如何通过自己优秀的心理品质,借助在教育教学过程中丰富的情感、良好的意志、超人的表达能力、观察能力、灵活机动的教育机制和独特的艺术感召力,以自己的高尚情操、对学生熏陶感染,潜移默化,言传身教,建立新型的师生关系,从而真正在学生面前树立起班主任的威信。
