松辽委于一九八四年三月十二日至十四日,在长春市召开了第三次委员会议,全体委员出席了会议,辽、吉、黑、内蒙四省(区)水利厅、水利设计院负责同志和松辽委有关同志列席了会议。会议由松辽委代主任陈明致同志主持,审议了《松花江流域规划任务书》、《辽河流域规划任务书》、《松花江、辽河流域水资源综合开发利用任务书》,同时还讨论了松辽委的水利基础、工程管理和地方水利一九八四年的工作计划。
The Songliao Committee held the third committee meeting in Changchun City from March 12 to March 14, 1984 and all the members attended the meeting. The Liao, Ji, Black, and Inner Mongolia Water Resources Department , Responsible comrades of Water Conservancy Design Institute and relevant comrades of Songliao Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided by Comrade Chen Mingzhi, acting director of Songliao Committee, and reviewed the “Songhua River Basin Planning Mission Statement”, “Liaohe River Basin Planning Mission Statement”, “Songhua River and Liaohe River Basin Comprehensive Development and Utilization Task Book”, and also discussed the Song Liao Wei water conservancy foundation, project management and local water conservancy work plan for 1984.
