[目的]利用霍恩氏法对某进口硼肥进行急性毒性实验。[方法]实验将小鼠随机分为10.00、4.64、2.15、1.00 g/kg.BW 4个剂量组,每组10只,雌雄各半。隔夜禁食不禁水,各组均按25 ml/kg.BW量24 h内经口2次灌胃给予受试物,观察并记录小鼠中毒表现和死亡情况;实验后处死存活动物,解剖检查。[结果]灌胃后当日陆续出现小鼠死亡,解剖可见全胃肠胀气、胃部充血,部分单侧或双侧肾脏淤血;存活动物精神状况差,全身肌肉抽搐;眼结膜充血,面部、尾部及四肢可见皮肤呈鲜红色,疑为充血。[结论]小鼠急性经口毒性实验表明该样品属低毒。

[Conclusion] The acute oral toxicity test in mice showed that the sample was low toxicity.
