Various attempts have been made to increase the sensitivity of cancer to chemotherapy drugs and reduce its side effects. There have been reports of the combination of polyene antibiotics and anticancer drugs. Cellular culture method was used to observe the phospholipids acting on the cell membrane due to amphotericin B (AMB) and the anti-cancer agent allows cell permeability.
