本文以 S_(180)腹水癌细胞4.0×10~6接种瑞士种雄性小白鼠造成肿瘤模型,以“长白新喹”药物进行治疗,比较肿瘤组与治疗组动物的存活时间并观察肿瘤组、治疗组及对照组各脏器的病理改变。结果表明治疗组动物存活期明显延长(P<0.05),且有2只治疗组小鼠存活2个月以上。肿瘤组的血源、淋巴源转移及直接浸润多于治疗组。肿瘤组及治疗组的肠系膜、腹腔内浆膜表面都有程度不一的恶性细胞的种植生长,但种植的肿瘤细胞数量及变性、坏死的形态改变,两组有明显不同。治疗组可见多数恶性细胞变性坏死,甚至有的出现大片坏死区,异型性恶性细胞居少数。同时,治疗组的腹水癌细胞死亡百分率与肿瘤组有显著差异(P<0.01)。进一步说明“长白新喹”具有一定的抗癌作用。
In this study, S_(180) ascites cancer cells 4.0×10~6 were inoculated into swine male mice to cause tumor models and treated with “Changbaixinqin” drug. The survival time of tumor and treatment group animals was compared, and tumor groups and treatment were observed. Pathological changes of various organs in the group and the control group. The results showed that the survival time of the animals in the treatment group was significantly longer (P<0.05), and there were 2 treatment groups of mice that survived for more than 2 months. Blood, lymphatic metastasis and direct infiltration in the tumor group were more than in the treatment group. In the tumor group and the treatment group, the mesentery and intraperitoneal serosal surface had varying degrees of malignant cell growth, but the number of tumor cells and the morphological changes of degeneration and necrosis were significantly different in the two groups. The treatment group showed degeneration and necrosis of most malignant cells, and even some large areas of necrosis appeared. The number of abnormally malignant cells was small. At the same time, the percentage of ascites cancer cells in the treated group was significantly different from that in the tumor group (P<0.01). Further explain that “Changbaixin Quin” has a certain anti-cancer effect.
