本文采用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法对高温合金中铪的测定进行了研究。观察到铪的光谱干扰和非光谱干扰效应，选择了最佳测定条件，测定了各种合金中铪的含量，得到较好的精密度和准确度。
In this paper, ICP-AES method for the determination of hafnium in superalloy was studied. The spectral interference and non-spectral interference effect of hafnium were observed. The best determination conditions were selected, and the content of hafnium in all kinds of alloys was measured to get better precision and accuracy.
