利用一种专用改性剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂进行改性,并考察了该改性ABS力学性能,同时采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等测试手段对其表面形貌及结晶性能进行了研究。结果表明:这种专用改性剂能明显改善ABS的力学性能,当专用改性剂用量为0.8份时,改性ABS的综合力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度明显提升,缺口冲击强度亦由2.7 kJ/m~2提高至14.0 kJ/m~2;通过SEM分析可以发现,改性后的ABS相界面模糊、相容性较好,且具有较高的界面结合强度。
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin was modified by a special modifier, and the mechanical properties of the modified ABS were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning Thermal analysis (DSC) and other testing methods on the surface morphology and crystallinity were studied. The results show that the special modifier can obviously improve the mechanical properties of ABS. When the amount of special modifier is 0.8, the mechanical properties of the modified ABS are the best, the tensile strength and flexural strength are obviously improved, The strength of the modified ABS phase was increased from 2.7 kJ / m 2 to 14.0 kJ / m 2. SEM analysis showed that the interface of the modified ABS phase was fuzzy and had good compatibility and high interfacial bonding strength.
