目前,1类轴承冲压保持架有三种,即菊形保持架、葵形保持架和象鼻形保持架。保持架结构均较复杂,而且模具用造难度大,在国外已逐步淘汰,并研制新型的保持架结构。我们参考了微型轴承的曲冠形保持架设计原理,模拟试制了1505保持架(见图1),其结构类似于“牛鼻形”保持架。该保持架形状比较简单,可简化模具结构且便于制造,同时改善了装配劳动条件,大大降低材料消耗。其工艺过程为(1)下料,(2)成形、切底。在使用下料模时,经常出现冲裁件局部毛刺大的现象,但可采用如下装配工艺加以避免。
Currently, there are three types of bearing cage 1, namely, damask cage, cage-shaped and nose-like cages cage. Cage structure are more complex, and the mold used to create difficulty, has been phased out in foreign countries, and the development of a new type of cage structure. We refer to the miniature bearing crown-shaped cage design principles, simulation trial 1505 cage (see Figure 1), its structure is similar to the “bull nose” cage. The cage shape is relatively simple, can simplify the mold structure and easy to manufacture, while improving the assembly labor conditions, greatly reducing material consumption. The process is (1) blanking, (2) forming, cut at the end. In the use of blanking die, punching parts often appear large local burr phenomenon, but can be used to avoid the following assembly process.
