本文讨论了L■vov平台石墨炉原子吸收法对血样中锌的准确测定方法。针对石墨炉测锌时样品易被污染、线性范围窄、灵敏度过高,血基体干扰严重以及如何降低取血量以提高方法在临床上之实用价值等问题进行了较系统的探索。在μg/l级本方法测定变异系数为2.1%。
This paper discusses the accurate determination of zinc in blood samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Lövov platform. Aiming at the problems that zinc samples are easily polluted by graphite furnace, the linear range is narrow, the sensitivity is too high, the interference of blood matrix is serious and how to reduce the amount of blood in order to improve the practical value of the method in clinic. The coefficient of variation of this method was 2.1% at μg / l.
