统计数字显示,地处长江上游两岸的 四川各地市已成为一条颇具活力的经济增长带。1994年,这个区域的工农业总产值达1192.5亿元,外贸进出口值逾20亿美元,分别占全省的百分之三十一和百分之五十四。 四川沿长江经济带包括宜宾、沙州、重庆三市和涪陵、万县地区,这里有人口3600万,地处川、滇、黔、鄂四省结合部。自1990年我国实施全面开放开发长江战略以来,这个区域资源富集、交通便利的优势得以发挥,从而使昔日贫穷落后的长江上游两岸,一跃成为发达的开放型经济带。
Statistics show that all the cities in Sichuan Province located on both sides of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River have become a very energetic economic growth belt. In 1994, the total industrial and agricultural output value in this region amounted to 119.25 billion yuan and the import and export value of foreign trade surpassed 2 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 31 percent and 54 percent of the province’s total respectively. Along the Yangtze River economic belt along the Yangtze River in Sichuan, including Yibin, Shazhou, Chongqing and the three cities of Fuling, Wan County, where a population of 36 million, is located in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hubei Province, the four ministries. Since China implemented the strategy of opening up to theout the Yangtze River in 1990, the advantages of abundant resources and convenient transportation in the region have been exerted. As a result, the impoverished upper reaches of the Yangtze River has become a well-developed open economy.
