最近,中共中央颁布了《公民道德建设实施纲要》。这是我国社会道德建设的纲领性文件。纲要的实施,对于建立和发展与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义道德体系,促进依法治国和以德治国紧密结合;对于形成追求高尚、激励先进的良好社会风气,保证社会主义市场经济健康发展,促进整个民族素质不断提高,全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义伟大事业,具有十分重要的意义。
